Catching Up
We are all recovered from a horrible attack of a stomach virus. Matt started everyone out on a Thursday evening and by next Thursday everyone had been affected except me. It was so bad that it seemed like we would have to quarantine the house. The weather is normal for early February - 10 degrees one day and 50 degrees the next. Matt and Steven both are on undefeated basketball teams and Lindsay's team has only lost one. Matt and Steven will both be on the Harford County trap shooting team this spring and are looking forward to that. Wrestling for Steven has been up and down. His record is 10 -10 with only a few more to go, let's hope he can finish on the winning side.
The garden center should open back up around the first on March. We are a little worried about business since the economy is in such a mess. Hopefully people will still want to brighten their yards with colorful flowers and shrubs.
That's all for now. Thanks for reading.

Update
Lots of busy preparation to get ready for Christmas is going on now. Steven is on the C.Milton Wright Varsity wrestling team (140 lbs) and he is also playing basketball. Matt is playing basketball and is very helpful with Emma (if the price is right!) Lindsay is playing indoor soccer and basketball and Emma is loving Tiny Tot School - she goes every day! The garden center is winding down for the season and we made out alright despite the bad economic news lately. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Here is our Christmas tree, we got it out of the "hedge row" along our property line. Nice, isn't it!!!
Sorry!
Sorry we haven't posted anything in a while. We have been very busy and haven't had much time. I will try to catch up on major events that have happened recently. Yesterday we went to the University of Maryland basketball game. Maryland won 86-58 against Delaware State.
We decided not to take Emma with us this time.
We saw this everywhere. On December 5th, Lindsay turned 13 years old. The cake from Coldstone was really good.
In November for Thanksgiving, we went on a trip to Ocean City, Maryland. We went to Assateague Island one day and here are some pictures that we took.
Looks like snow, but it's just sand.
Halloween was a lot of fun for Emma. She loved her witch costume!

Meet the Sheridans
Hello! We are the Sheridan family of Bel Air, MD. We operate a garden center on our property and all of us love the outdoors and sports. Stan (dad) and Matt are the fishermen in the family while Steven loves football and wrestling. Lindsay and Emma are soccer stars and love to be outside. I am Susan (mom) and I love to read, and watch the kids participate in their activities. Oh I forgot, Matt just did great in the Harford County golf divsionals. He was one of the only Freshmen to participate.
